Description

PLZSD vibro dampener The material enters the vertical mixer with uniformly distributed water jets for mixing and stirring, and then enters vibration cavity channel. Under the vibration of the high-frequency motor, moisture on the surface of the wheat is more evenly distributed around the surface of the wheat grains and penetrates along the capillary. The epidermis enters the inside of the wheat kernel, finally, the wheat enters the wheat moistening bin after being conveyed.

• Overcome surface tension: Without the vibrational energy, water will form a droplet due to the surface tension of the water, and the tension prevents the water from entering inside of the grain. If vibration energy is applied, the surface tension of water disappears and a water film is formed on the glass, and the water in the water film can penetrate into the grain through the cortex.
• Open the capillary: Wheat itself is a porous body full of capillaries around it, which is usually blocked by dust; vibration treatment can shake off the dust that blocks the capillaries, and the epidermis to the inner channel is opened, water quickly enters the inside of the wheat grains along the capillaries.
• Produce a siphon effect: The vertical cells and horizontal cells in the endo sperm are filled with air, and part of the air is expelled by vibration, the outside air enters and fills the vacated space, similar to the working process of a membrane pump, moisture enters the endosperm cells with the inhaled air.
• Activated minerals: Vibration activates the minerals on the surface, allowing moisture to enter the endosperm quickly.
